This was going to be
the first night of two away...

it's been 10 years
or more
since I've been able to
be away...

Chester's health was
always too iffy for
me to leave him...


when planning my
vacation days at work this
Spring
I chose this weekend
so I could shop
in Holmes County
today

then go to the
In the Spirit of Friends

Mom and Dad
have needed this week

I'm thankful
I had the time
to help them...


today was Dad's
home assessment
we're hoping to hear
he can go home
tomorrow morning!

  6. Oh Kelley - I'm so sorry you aren't going to be able to get to the shows - I can well image how much you were looking forward to them! But there is next year and your Dad and Mom are here now! I understand how life gets in the way!

    Hopefully Melly and Olivia can give you some snuggles to make you feel better about it!

    I have been in the same boat this past year taking care of my Mom. So glad your Dad is doing better......My outlet has been online too since all of my care giver duties are priority right now. Take care of yourself and those little kitties! I'm a hooker!
