Little Stitches

two small quilts in progress

the stitching is slow when you do it by hand

but I'm not in a hurry

I enjoy the process of hand piecing

my quilt will have no pink or red

it's another drab brown, olive and blue piece

    my favorite drab colors too!
    love the new header your punchneedles are sweet...i'm lucky that i had my daughter make me a couple since i never really could get the hang of it....hand piecing WOW! i'd never get the little quilt done, i'm sure yours will turn out perfectly primitive....

    Oh wow....love your new header!! Really beautiful pieces Kelley. Anxious to see your quilt in your prim colors. I'm not a red person either but olive, browns and blues sound great!

    Great new header! Those little birdies are so sweet! Quilt is coming along nicely! One more try with my machine and then I just might become a hand piecer too! lol!

    love the drab - as much as i love red - not with pink! Can't wait to see it together - 9 patch is one of my favorite type of scrappy quilts

    WHAT?!? No pink or red??!! You must be kidding! LOL

    It's looking awesome as always! :)
    I actually pulled out my 3 years and running quilt (hand pieced and hand quilting. The piecing was a piece of cake! LOL not so much the quilting!) Wonder if by the time I actually get that honker done, it's name will be the "7 year quilt" ?? :D
