Little Red Bird



I keep coming back to this rug...
wondering if just this once
I could do a true reproduction

anyone else interested?






doesn't he look uncomfortable?
this bike is almost identical to mine
no matter how I adjust it
there's no ease in riding it...
the foot pedals are either
too close or too far
after years
of struggling
I think this morning I may have finally hit
upon the perfect fit...
two pair of thick socks and no shoes
riding was smooth and easy
!!!

    I really like that one, something I would punch and a nice spring design. I haven't tried bill's bike, but it is set up for him so I am sure I would have to adjust it. Will stick to my eliptical, or at least get my butt back into exercising;)

    My floor peddler is not very comfortable either, my feet have a hard time staying in the loops, and it try's to get away as I'm peddling. Hard to imagine that it could be more anxious than I am to be done! Lovely rug! Perhaps later, my list is already too long. I think I'd do a mix of cherry blossoms and fruit...Jonut
