I am ever grateful for the help I can give my parents
though it seems to little...
my father has deteriorated
drastically over the past few days...
my mom has had the stomach flu during that time
hoping she feels well
enough to visit tomorrow...
for nearly 65 years
they have barely been apart
Oh my, how heartbreaking.....hope your mom feels better, Francine.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to read your Dad is not doing well. Hoping your Mom gets to feeling better soon so she can visit him. It's hard to be away from someone you have been with for that long. You are in my prayers

ReplyDeleteWhat seems like a small help to you, is no doubt an enormous help to them. One of the hardest things to see is the physical decline of our parents. Fr as long and far back as we can remember they were strong and invincible.
ReplyDeleteYour continuing love and care will help both your Mom and Dad. Hugs!
