A present for Mom...was one of those pieces that I just struggled to get through...sometimes it's like that...nothing I do seems right...the picture in my head just won't translate to the hand...This was a practice rug for a huge runner pattern I purchased on linen...after doing this piece I have no desire to hook acorns or oak leaves anymore so one of these days I'll draw up another pattern on it...
there are dozens of patterns on backing waiting to be hooked hanging in the closet...this year I'd like to finish at least two large ones...seems to be too many smaller ones in all the pictures I post...
