Another Oh Lucky Me

Have had crocks on my "want" list for ages...these three crocks were a gift from my sister Judy...she recently remodeled her kitchen and these didn't go with the new style...but they work for me just great...
Mom has been downsizing her fabric stash and no longer needed this basket...we've passed it back and forth a few times but this time it's staying with me...it's about 1 1/2 times as large as a standard laundry basket and I'll be filling it with hooked rugs...

This is the scrap quilt I've been working on, started with just my scrap basket fabric and added a very few from current purchases...am currently working on the borders...sides are narrow and top and bottom are wide with applique from Cheri Payne book...will be a nice size to put over the back of a chair...

Also stitching the alternating blocks on the nine patch blocks from many posts ago...using browns and olives...
