for longer than I can remember...
the home is that of Sarah Sporer
the wool throw on the couch
is something I've wanted to make
and have never gotten around to
every month for the next 6 months
I'll stitch one row of 5 wool blocks together
plain or fancy
when two rows are done
I'll stitch them together...
by September
the top will be done
I'd love for you to join me
and create your own wool throw...
share pics on your blog
or send them to me
and I'll add them here each month
~~~
I'll be adding my photos around the first of each month
~
To answer the Question...
I'm in! This will be fun!!
Okay, so I am REALLY tempted... will you machine piece, or do it by hand?
Good gravy...I surely have enough wool to do 140 wool throws. I am really tempted, but not sure if my little brain can handle one more thing. I'll let you know, though. How fun this could be...and I could work on it during DWTS and AI, for sure!
Love the photo!! And the idea, hmmm not sure I can do it, but want to, I'll let you know. I'm curious also, machine or hand piece?
Hugs, Bren
Kelley,
My friend Kelly makes thse every year for our craft show and they sell like hotcakes.
Hmmmmm, maybe I should try this and do it in my favorite girly colors?
I've never made anything like this, but how hard could it be?
Very cool! I'll have to see if I can do this. Thanks for the inspiration!
It seems to be tied, so that would mean it had been backed with something. I could handle the simple schedule too. Thanks for another great project! Jo
Kelley, I sooo wanna live there! Love the throw, looks pretty easy. I've actually been thinking about doing one like this for many moons. Thanks for jogging my memory about it! -Wendy
