Hooking & Punching

here's my work in progress on the Catnip rug

(adapted from A Little Porch Time)

Melrose had to check it out too...

still need to dye the background wool

hope to achieve an oatmeal type color...

notice the helper still around in the lower right corner?



this photo was from before I decided to change

the cat from black to ginger...

punching on black weavers is wonderful for dark background

I gave 10 hats to Paula yesterday and she was delighted!

she can wear them to surgery too

while she still has her hair...
