Did you know yesterday was National Sleep Day?
I took time to celebrate by napping
away half the day
after celebrating with the folks
on Mom's 89th birthday
we've both chosen our first block
for the new winter quilts

Love the quilt and the colors, like the closeup from the other day so I could see your quilting. My cats would have to have a heating pad under it to be happy. Best wishes to your Mom, so wonderful that she is still quilting.

National Sleep Day? I rarely take naps, but that day...I took 2. Wow...without even knowing what the day was!
