Green

looks like most of my green wool has run off
as I'm moving my stash from room to room
there seems to be very little green

whether off the bolt or hand dyed
green seems to get used first
in all my rugs and applique

especially the drab olives
I'm not saying I need to buy more wool
maybe just find some time to
do some over dyeing

the sun is shining here today
the folks are having their ups and downs
I'm trying to find balance
time for me
or resr

Hi Kelley,
So good to hear you are still playing a little bit in the wool! It soothes and comforts! I haven't had time to dye lately either but the colors are dancing in my head!
Hope things keep getting better all along with the parents... Sunshine helps a lot!
Hugs!!

I use green a lot so that is one color I run out of too.
Also golds, that is another runner up for colors I use the most.

Well the 4 greens you are showing are gorgeous. Glad to hear you are having some thoughts other than health care. Take care of YOU too

I love your headers especially today's. This is me! Everyone has to be comfortable.... I use a lot of green wool too. After all, green is the color of life. MaryA

Kelley,
Glad to see you playing with your wools. Love the photo at the top, except I would have to change the cat on the lap to a 28-pound Corgi trying to snuggle in what space is left.

Finding time for the dye pot, would be another great way to soothe your soul. Beautiful greens, you can NEVER have too many!
