Getting Back to Normal

feeling better yesterday
time spent with mom organizing the small strips
we use for mug and hot pad size mats
she was not thrilled about the task
after about 15 minutes
I told her she could stop any time
but she persevered
today we will look over all my lovely new wool
all washed and fluffed
she can watch me organize it!
*mom says don't mind her hair
she didn't feel like getting it done last week
so this week I tell her she looks like Einstein
by the time I see her today
she'll be looking good as always!

we made two mats while Frank was in hospital
then began his recovery at home
talking about him and praying for him
as we worked
they will be sent to him shortly
we decided to let him do the finishing work
of tucking in tails, trimming threads
since he has his own sewing kit
my sister says probably
"someone living with him"
will have to do it
either way
it cracks mom up to send them this way
I'm glad to be feeling better
back to work today
after a quick trip to Dr for an ok this morning
and here I was
hoping for an
"oh no, you can't go back for a few more days"

Glad things are calming down and you can enjoy time with your mom and hopefully things will keep improving with Frank.

My pawrents have been super busy before holiday season too !
Plus...plus chaos. daddy twisted the ankle, mom got bad side effect for her medication but now all good :)

We guess To have full joy, we earns some chaos....MOL

For Tis Season,
May your Christmas sparkle with moments of love, laughter and goodwill, And may the year ahead be full of contentment and joy.
