Treating Myself

I've been wanting this book
since it first came out...
my copy arrived last night
after a quick page through it looks even better
than expected

this arrived yesterday too
SAD light
had it on for 1/2 hour this morning..
anything to help this cabin fever
that has settled into my bones and soul

Mom and her pal Anne
just cracked up when I showed them this photo yesterday...
Anne wants a poster of it!

their laughter always makes my day

I do love her style, does it have patterns you can use or just photos? Let me know how the light works, we are getting sun so i try to get out and sit in it, until my fingers freeze, lol.

So happy you treated yourself to the book. It is such a great one.
Hope the light helps. It's sunny here today but still C-O-L-D!!!
I'm sure it was wonderful to hear mom's laugh.
Hugs :)

I refer to that book a LOT. And just as Kim said, the Lollipop Bouquet was loads of fun. Must admit I was hesitant at first because there were 66 circles and dreaded that part. But it became fun. If you do a search on my blog of Lollipop Bouquet you will see my comments and fun journey through the hooking of it.

That book is just wonderful!! All the rugs, colors, simple designs...beautiful!

This winter is the pits...it's as bad as last year's winter. I would much rather have it snow and be cold thru the first half of the winter than the last part...this truly sucks the life right out of you!!! I hope your light works!
