while trying to find a simple patchwork
quilt I neglected to pin the other day
I'm sure I'll never see it again
it was an antique postage stamp
in the most perfect colors...
ah well
love the birds in the border on this one
how top and bottoms rows are so different

What a beauty! So much inspiration in the older quilts.:)
That is a beautiful quilt, the trees look like one I saw in another quilt, you can tell that a lot of designers get their inspiration from old quilts. I have a few that I found and want to do so hopefully after the holidays I can enjoy some quilting again.
