Pinteresting

I took a few extra days off this week
the heat is keeping me inside
darn, no yard work

instead I've been hooking, cleaning and generally
just pottering around
love it!

the pics in this post are all from Pinterest
this week

love the birds in this one
the tiny trees at the bottom...

 what's not to love here

I LOVE this man
from Gilmore Girls to Supernatural
he has always entertained me

better yet he's a wonderful person
having struggled with depression
he has spoken out about it
and encourages everyone to keep fighting

Jared, Jensen and Misha are my heroes!

the design...

 the colors....

makes me feel cooler just looking at this

this is just in case
you ever meet me in person
I don't want you to be surprised...

Hope you're having a great day!

Love those old quilt pieces!!!!! Also the hooked pieces. Kelley, I'm quite complicated too I guess. When I grew up we had our mouths washed out with soap if we even said anything close to a nasty word. So when I got married and in even my 30s didn't say bad words. But the time came when it was so F'n liberating to cus. Seems to me it was about the same time as the song "I am woman hear me roar".

Uh, but I do say thank you. And don't be surprised when you meet me and hear the words out of my mouth.

Hope you had a better day today and mom is okay.

Love that first rug...it's beautiful! I cuss like a sailor if I get frustrated enough...not opposed to using the "f bomb" every now and again....

I love Jared too....it was brave of him last year to come out and give some detail about his depression. Made me love him even more...I'm disappointed he's only going to be in one episode of the new "Gilmore Girls"....

I am in love with the soft, muted colors of the farmhouse style. I would love to have my entire house in those milky whites and reds....but I have way to many primitive pieces at this point....guess I'd better start selling!! Have a good day, Kelley an enjoy your time off!

Great way to get inspiration, and I do love quilts with the X, something I would like to make.

I see rooms like that and wonder how long until a chocolate spot appears. I don't know about the sailor speak, but I've been told I can make a trucker blush.
