I keep hooking on mine
slow progress with all the circles I'm doing right now

only 2 ingredients
after a few days of cravings
it's been pretty easy this week
I'm just bored with the all the protein

give me a loaf of bread and a stick of butter!!!
 just kidding

Good for you. I have not been able to stop the chocolate or sweets craving. I'm liking the thought of eggs and bacon and steak and butter and nuts and olive oil and salads and avocado - if I read the correct information! Did not start yet. Thanks for the recipe. I tried to get a few more from her site but the ads loaded my laptop.

I know how hard it was to cut out foods I loved, but now i don't miss most of them.
I do miss the convenience of fast foods when we travel.

Good morning, Kelley. I looked at the picture and my first thought was...why are you eating a pickle on a cracker? LOL LOL I went over and checked out the recipe. Oh...that makes sense. LOL

I want you to know that you have inspired me to cut back on sugar. I don't know if I can ever go "sugar FREE", but I definitely have a lot of room for improvement. I am trying to reduce the amount sugar and cutting out artificial sweeteners. I am an avid Diet Mt. Dew fan. I usually drink one can a day, every day. I'm going to shoot for one a week. We'll see. I've had a headache since Friday. I think we all know why. LOL

So all I can say is to hang in there. I think of you often...
