I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I don't know the particulars of your depression, but take some time today to sit down with some hot tea, take your time, and make a list all the goode in your life. Every little blessing. Then make a list of all of your good-ness (your love and appreciation for kitties would be a great start!)...and put these lists on your mirror or wherever you look every day, even several times a day. Take care. Breathe in the fresh air. You are cared about.

P.S. And when you feel better, do something goode for others when you can.

I think we've all been there and back. Hoping the road is a short one for you. My worst hit around six months after a loved one's passing.

That kitty pix looks all to familiar.
Sending good thoughts and your way..thankful for sunshine today or I'd be a mess.

I know exactly what you mean! The weather and the time of year do not help. I've started mega doses of Vitamin D - I figure that it can't hurt. Praying for sunnier days filled with healing for you!
Blessings, Patti

It is hard and it is ok to have bad days and days where things overwhelm us, we just get through them and hope tomorrow is a better day. I find that I can only live in the moment, if I think about tomorrow or the yesterdays, I get anxious, so just the moment. Sending hugs your way.

I second everything that everyone else has said. Doing something for others is my sure fired way to lift my spirits. Start a gratitude journal is another way that has helped me. Of course, spending time with the kitties cures almost everything!
