Dyeing Wool

Karen Kahle's Vintage Colors

Saturday I dyed 6 yards of wool using the
Vintage Colors dye booklet
both photos are of the same wool

in person the colors
are somewhere in between my photos
closer to Karen's swatches...

I might not feel like hooking
but the dyeing kept me busy all day
the colors are a success
pretty much all I could ask for

Those colors are gorgeous. I really need to start dying again, I have plenty of solids and lights.
