started this rug to use up strips from the worm baskets
colors I kept passing over
I did cut for the background
completed the hooking a few months ago
not sure when it will be finished
I don't particularly care for it
so if the cats damage it
my heart will not be breaking
and yes,
I know the x, y and z are missing

I think it is lovely!!!!!! And so what if those letters didn't make it onto the design. Am sure you've seen the antique rug I hooked named Blue Bowl of Flowers and the design I hooked which didn't show the stems of the flowers inside the bowl.
Or the one I hooked and Barb aptly named Kinderhook Basket where the right side border was more narrow than what appeared on the left side. It's nice and folk arty!
I too find it lovely and the colours very pleasing!

Wowza...that's one big rug.... Please don't tell me it didn't even make a dent in your worm basket LOL. It is a happy rug to me....and I would not be able to bear having it ruined. ~Robin~
