Pennies Galore

Just a few of the dozens

of pennies

that have been prepped

recently

there are 2" in wooden bowl

and

1 3/4" in basket

Have been cutting pennies

from 1" to 3"

at 1/4" intervals

Not sure what I'll be doing

with them yet

still way too many

zillions

to cut

I use the freezer paper method

~ they still aren't perfectly round ~

Monday Buddies

What a rare sight

these two hardly ever

sit that close...

and they were there

for at least 15 minutes

It's under 20* again

so it must be warmer

sitting together

Can't get the color

of this rug correct in the photo

looks more lively in person

This is a do-over rug

but the design was a chick, basket and eggs

I never liked it

so last week I started reverse hooking

(aka ripping out )

and just finished the new

hooking this morning

I like this much better
