really
the scale?
now it's not at my goal number
not even close
rather at a number
I haven't seen for about 8 years
so I love it
weighing in at the doctor's today
I saw the number
got off
then had to get back on
to be sure
since my December visit
I've lost 18 pounds
haven't given up any of my favorite foods
merely eating less of them
less often
moving more is still a struggle
but there is a saying
I learned from SFT's blog
"slowly, slowly catchy monkey"
every little bit adds up
so am I patting myself on the back?
YOU BET !!!

Impressive! Good for you
Congratulations. You've inspired me to try harder. Unfortunately, I am having much difficulty eating less and less often! Need a good hypnotist, but after my scope I may not have a choice.
Congratulations! That is such an accomplishment and I know for me, I always eat more in the winter. It is nice to set goals for ourselves and feel good about ourselves, we all need that.

Awesome weight loss!!! That is a lot! I would love to be down 18lbs!!!! I was down after my double knee replacement then I gained some as not as active and diagnosed with CMT. Taking many meds and I think it makes it even harder and being diabetic and thyroid is gone, have to take meds and it is never at the right number, that really makes weight loss a struggle....still things could be worse......Keep up the good work!
Way to go! Great work!
