well my old friend depression
has settled in for a long visit
no advice needed
there is nothing I haven't tried
it will pass
again
on days when I can keep busy
instead of sleeping
the house is getting a deep clean
am glad I can function to workagai

Sorry Kelley. Have friends that have and still deal with the comings and goings. No rhyme or reason most times. Hoping the visitor leaves soon.

Kelly, there are no magic words and sometimes you just have to deal with it alone. Do what ever works for you and your life. No 2 humans are the same in any way so each one has to find his or her path. It's OK to trip and fall on occasion. It's not how many times you get taken down, it's how many times you get back up. You give it the time and attention it requires. Huge cyber hugs and prayers sent to you. And hey, a clean house is a great thing. Do you want to come stay here for a while? I could keep you busy...real busy.

I’m sorry Kelley. It’s a very hard struggle sometimes. For me it’s helpful to have some kitty lovin and switching to a different crafting media for a bit. Or learning a new craft. Sometimes it works for me. Prayers and well wishes.
