I Feel Like Frosty the Snowman

Country Rustic Primitives

Olivia making sure I don't pass by without petting her

The stitching is long finished

One of six Valentine stitches
5 freebies and one of my own

Terrible photo of a favorite design
by Notforgotten Farm

I'm having some health problems
good thing I'm a homebody
still having tests to get diagnosis

Right now they are calling it exercise hypoxia
basically if I move my oxygen level goes down
so I'm on oxygen, tethered to the machine
I have portable 02 for when I need to leave the house
for Dr appointments and tests

I feel fine with the oxygen
as long as I don't do anything strenuous.

Felling like Frosty the Snowman?
I'll be back again some day.

Never Give Up

my house is getting very tidy this weekend
I have been searching for a pattern
for 2 days...
because it's the only thing I want to hook

a Lori Brechlin/ Not Forgotten Farm design

this was Sherry's version
isn't it absolute prim perfection

I know I could draw it up on my own
but I must find the pattern...
I'm not normally very OCD
but I know it's here somewhere

in the mean time
I've gotten most of my patterns organized
by type or designer
I've labelled the folders, baskets and containers
made a list of what and where
that's hanging in my sewing room

but still the pattern eludes me...

wish me luck
I'm going back in

The Other Day

Mom takes her puzzles very seriously...
Ann looks on and gives us pointers when needed

Ann's having some serious health issues
that can sure use our prayers
she's such a sweetheart

she and Mom have been like two peas in a pod
this photo was taken Monday
before...

love these thread winder / floss holders from
Lori and Peter are adorable
Mom and Ann went nuts when I took them out of the package

Mom says there is only one problem...
they need a little hole at the top
so you can hang them up and look at them
(she loses things easily)

she agrees with me that this is only the start
of my new collection!
I love them just the way they are...
