I cannot draw reindeer from memory...
was trying to draw up a few last night
and really gave everyone at work a good laugh...
if it weren't for the antlers
we'd have a goat, cow, a few dogs and cats...
looks like I'll need to do some googling
of the real thing before my next rug...
Olivia came through her spay surgery with flying colors
and is back home...
she's in the sewing room with the door shut
she needs a few days away from Chester
while the anesthesia leaves her system
and time to rest and no wrestling
she is not a happy girl...
I've been going in every hour or so and spending time with her
also cleaning up the sewing room
made her a little nest of wool and she's finally sleeping...
it's so neat seeing her skin where her belly was shaved...
her skin has the same stripes and spots
as her fur...
most of her belly looks like a leopard...
they loved her at the vets...
she loves to be petted and talked too
plus, while she is noisy
she doesn't bite or fight with people...
just me I guess!

Oh Kelley, I love your reindeer! LOL Looks like something I'd draw. I'm having a teacher come down to teach a rug hooking class in February and we're supposed to be doing books with drawings, pictures, writings, etc. in it for the class. I have exactly one page. Maybe I'll draw a page of reindeers too! LOLOLOL

I think your reindeer at the very top is wonderful! As well as the one second from the bottom on the left....kind of a basset hound reindeer with those stubby little legs....makes me smile!
