Dad and the Menu

my Dad's been falling lately

a lot

so they finally called 911
for an ambulance
instead of just
helping him up...

they are still running tests
considering options...

this morning he was
in good spirits
looking over the menu
for lunch and dinner
room service

I actually saw him
eat rice pilaf yesterday
yes I did...
first time
for
Mr Meat & Potatoes

we can all use your prayers
as there may be surgery
coming up soon
lots of stress
for Mom too
~~~
last night
after Dad was settled
in his room
I looked out the window
saw the local
quilt shop
across the street...
I got a melodramatic groan
and eye roll in response
he thinks that's all
Mom and I talk about
besides him!
~~~

Gee, all I got was a piece of paper with the days picks, lol. I sure hope everything goes well with the test and will be praying for him.

What else is there to talk about? (quilting, crafts, & dad) I hope they can find the issue and let him heal quickly!
