Kelley,
Boy, you sure have found some great pics of amazing antique rugs. I think the first one in this post that's at the top of your 'to do' list is my favorite. I love birds so this one really calls to me! Thanks for so much inspiration. hugs, Lori

Hey Kelley-
Something weighing heavy on my heart, so not been in the creative mood, but I have so enjoyed your antique review in your last couple of posts. I have to say the first one too. I have it in my stash. The Woolly Fox offered it as a special a few months back and I just had to order as it's been a favorite for a long time.
Thanks-
Hugs-
Pam

Oh - I love that first one....truly, duly, I do.....I've followed you through Ebay and such for a while, but only recently found your blog, so, admit I have not seen all your posts on the antique rugs - Going back through them and catching up is on my dance card, but at this point in my life, I don't have much time for dancing.....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

The rugs yu have displayed have truly been beautiful. My favorite is the black dog rug you posted on 11/27. I love all the browns and reds shown in almost every rug. I wonder why those 2 colors were so prevalent????? I love how they place off each other.

The other thing I love is seeing a rug and paying attention that the artist chose NOT to hook each side of the rug in an identical manner. I like doing this. To me, it is much more pleasing to the eye. I like to mix it up.

GOOD JOB Kell!!!!!!! These old rugs are simply a joy to see!!!
