Back to Normal?

 finely feeling at least 75%
started turning the corner last night...

the last week I dragged myself through work
(wearing a mask always, gloves always)
 visiting Mom
(minus two days when I was too sick)

no sick days left so I had to go in
feel like I could sleep for a week

thanks goodness it's my day off
will be visiting Mom
then have a meeting with Hospice
nothing new going on with Mom, just preparing...

my house is a huge mess
the cleaning fairy quit with no notice
magic wand is out of juice
but I'm so happy to be feeling better
I don't even mind!

I need to catch up on my blog reading too
Happy Monday friends!

This cold or flu or whatever it is sure packs a punch. It knocked me down hard for a few days, but then it just lingers..... Glad to hear you've turned a corner. Don't worry about the housework, it will wait for you. Mine always waits for me. Lol

So glad you are feeling better. Take care. I enjoy reading your blog about your needle arts, your mom and I especially love the cat pictures.
Take it easy.

Excited you are feeling more normal health wise. And hell, I fired my cleaning fairy years ago and she shows up when she feels like it. In the scheme of things what does a cob web or a little wool dust matter anyway?

It must be the entire cleaning fairy union...mine left me high and dry, too. LOL

Glad that you're feeling better. It is not good to be the one that has to be 100% everyday...whether you feel 10% or 50%. Being a caregiver is not for the weak. Sigh.

Glad you are starting to feel better, I know it keeps trying to take hold of me, but I am fighting it and can live with a few symptoms, but it does wear us out. I know how hard this time is for you and you are always in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Kelley,
So happy you are feeling better!! Nothing worse than feeling terrible and then having it just hang on can just wear you down!!! Sending you some nice Arizona sunshine and hope that helps!!
Those cleaning fairies have started a union and are taking extra long vacations, I'm told!!!
Just enjoy those sweet kitties and give a big hug to mom for me!!!
Take care, my friend!
Heart Hugs~
