just going through a bad spell right now
miss having a life of my own

no need to comment
no need to tell me what I should do
I'm just saying it's a bad time

I often read your blog.

I think it is amazing what you do!!! Four years is a very long time. Hard not to be burnt out.

Seasons come and seasons go. Some aren't so fabulous. Hang in there!

Totally understand and I hope you can remember to take time for yourself, even a few hours of no thinking about anything or anyone else, sometimes we need some me time to rejuvenate our minds and bodies. I hope things get better this week, I know we all need at least a bit of me time to get us through the tough ones.

Understand...wish I could help. You are a phenomenal daughter, but everyone needs a life.

I feel your pain and totally understand. Take one day at a time. Sometimes I take one hour at a time. This stage of life is not fun for us. I understand.

hugs

I know it's no consolation, but many of us have been through the same. When you get to what you feel is an all time low, just remember you are not alone. We are there with you in spirit. Keep strong.

I think that the time of year doesn't help either! Short days, long nights, no sun and lack of vitamin D. It makes life seem overwhelming. Sending prayers, hugs and happy thoughts.
Blessings, Patti
