surprised me with this

incredible quilt for my birthday

last week

every stitch is a treasure

thanks again ladies

Mom stitched this

by hand last year

for my sister Judy

when our other sister

Deb saw it

she wanted one too

so Mom is

working on one for her

after I started teasing Mom

was really making it for me...

you guessed it

I'm next in line for one

she is looking forward

to using

plenty of the

Looking Back

fabric in it

Ohio Heat Wave

Before I get to

the heat wave part

I have to

show you

what's on my wish list...

This book is full

of perfectly

primitive fall patterns

and if that's not enough

there is a new line of fabric out

As it stands now

I'm looking for a

Fairy Godmother

to

fly in and wave her magic wand

filling my shelves

with a yard or bolt

or two of each fabric

What would I do with it?

why,

I'd make quilts

and more quilts

with patchwork backgrounds

appliqued pumpkins

in orange

tan

green

and

black

sunflowers

plus the ever essential

cats

I can always dream!

I had the past week off

and spent much

of my time catching up on

everything I'd let slide this year...

and there is/was lots of it

Finished a bunch of

goodies for my selling blog

and

found a few rug patterns

I'll never hook...

plus some homespun

from Mom

and the new booklet?

1 year Anniversary Party

for my eBay group

planning and carrying off

an online party

isn't the simplest thing

to do

but from the feedback

a good time was had by all

We had an

Anniversary Wool Toss

Scavenger Hunt

Name that Designer contest

and

Animals in Hats photos

Will have to think up some

surprises for next year!
