A Lazy Sunday

Two happy bellies today

I baked some chicken breasts

and they are full of broth and bits of chicken

Made them very lazy

<p> Chester napping in the dining (cat) room

I give up...

as soon as the wool is nicely stacked on the shelves

he and Olivia knock it to the floor

to make this little nest

for a good spot to hide or rest

cannot say how many times

I've cleaned it all up

to turn around and see them

on the cat tree pulling it down again...

oh, I yell at them...

but I'm smiling as I do it...

Heaven forbid I try to make this room

a real dining area

Olivia the pipster

resting in the breezeway...

she looks plump in the photo

but she's still just a little fidget

there is a window right behind her

and often a rabbit right outside...

she 'll perk on the back of the bench forever

just watching and twitching...

... soon as the rusty wire arrives

I can finish up the

witches with pumpkins

&

black cats with candy corn

and ship off this week!

are as popular with Ginger as they were

with Olivia...

I had to get that snowman one back more than once...

this most wonderful dove

was made for me by Merrie of the PRHG

she got my name in the ornie swap

and I am so blessed to have received this treasure...

it is perfect in every way...

she also sent a bundle of wool from Pendleton and

some toys for the cats...

Olivia took off with both of them

and has had days and days of playing with them...

last night she kept dropping one in the water dish

then would scoop it out, run around with it

and go back and put it in the dish again...

Staring at me while I'm on the computer...

This is about as close as they get on the bed most days

without a lot of growling and complaining...

-learning to use the C-pap for my sleep apnea...

-hooking on a new rug...

-working on my ornies for the swap

Ornies and Wool

Livvie... she is such a little helper...

making sure the wool smells good

it was warm so she tried to get in between the pieces

Since it's cooled off she's become extra friendly

when I'm on the computer

she's usually sleeping on my right foot

These were done yesterday from Wendy's recipes...

they look even better in person...

the Clove Brown on the bottom is extra yummy...

those were done over as-is wool

the others over previous

dyeing disappointments...
