I've seen it before...

 today I couldn't resist this sweet pattern from

Karen Kahle's etsy shop

it's available as an instant download

there are a few things coming in the mail too

as I work on Debbie's chair pad

it seems my stash of worms has no end

this pattern will make perfect use of a few hands full

planning on sharing a pic of the first chair pad tomorrow

now that I've figured out a little more on the phone

To Do List

This is the shelf in my sewing room closet...just a small space but stuffed with boxes of thread, buttons and supplies...will be cleaning this out next week and moving lots of the items to the garage sale pile...

Haven't worked on anything lately except organizing, cutting patches and stripping wool...my friend Debbie has been telling me about her dyeing and I need to get back to that too...I have a big basket full of recycled wool that needs overdyed...just hate to heat up the house with that boiling water...

One of Chester's favorite spots...baskets of wool behind my sewing chair...he has to sneak up on it from the left going behind other shelves and baskets of wool...he's always knocking wool out and making his nest "just right"...I woke him up taking this pic, he just closed his eyes and put his head back down...what an easy little fella...

I Was Going to Organize

I have this great closet upstairs... about 5 x 5 with all these shelves...perfect for organizing the Best of my stash...used to use it for keeping my prim treasures organized between holidays...

Put some of my rug patterns over hangers so they'd be easy to store...

Ta Da...one shelf looked good...but then I started pulling fabrics to take downstairs and use...just gave up...this is a small portion of the stash and am overwhelmed by organizing...

This is my favorite red cupboard...where I store some of the fabrics in current use...cotton and wool...
